The first European Congress of Actuaries is being organised by the Groupe Consultatif Actuariel Européen in Bruxelles june 7/8 2012.
Within an overall theme on ‘The European Actuary of the Future’ there will be parallel streams on Solvency, Enterprise Risk Management, and the Role of the Actuary.
The target audience includes actuaries working in industry, consulting and academia, as well as other financial professionals, politicians and others interested in the future of risk management in Europe.
Presentations by young actuaries will be a special feature, and there will be prizes for the best presentations by young actuaries.
